VROČE NOVICE
Marca je odjeknila vest, da bodo Nemci Krater, ki ustvarjajo umazani black metal, maja izdali peti studijski album Phrenesis. Band zdaj predstavlja prvi single z naslovom Hopesmoker – Celestial Apex. Točni izid albuma je prek založbe Eisenwald napovedan za 31. maj, seznam komadov pa je tak:

Death metal projekt Altar Of Gore je objavil komad Carrion Womb. Novi plošček Litanies Of The Unceasing Agonies bo izšel 17. maja pri Nameless Grave Records.
Grški depresivni black metalci Sorry... so razkrili, da bo njihov tretji studijski album z naslovom Self Inflicted Razor Cutting izšel 20. oktobra pri založbi Tragedy Productions. Plošček prinaša teh devet komadov:

Poljska atmosferična enočlanska zasedba Ukć napoveduje angleško različico prvenca Coming Out, ki je aprila izšel na CD-ju v maternem jeziku (objavljena spodaj). Angleška različica bo na voljo 18. avgusta v digitalni obliki.
Na svoj račun naj bi prišli ljubitelji zasedb, kot so Corruption, Christ Agony, Devilish Impressions, Hermh, Abused Majesty, Virgin Snatch, Darzamat ali Voidfire.
Po tem, ko so pred kratkim turnejo odpovedali White Ward, je ista usoda doletela blackened death metalce 1914 iz Ukrajine. Upamo, da se stvari umirijo in nas bo zasedba lahko obiskala letos poleti na festivalu Črna Loka. Sledi bandova izjava za medije:
»Many of you could have been noticing a recent wave of European tours cancellations by UA bands. Unfortunately, 1914 is not an exception here. With heavy hearts we must inform you that we cannot play for our fans this April and have to cancel our upcoming tour.
Just to make it clear, it is still a 'wartime' on the territory of our land, and this specific time makes it impossible to leave the borders by the men of a conscript age. How could we travel last year? It was possible to get a special permission from the state authorities for the artists to leave the country and do shows and other activities in order to aid the country and spead the truth about unprovoked and brutal war started by russia. There were some irresponsible people who used such permissions to leave the country and never come back, and after it became public and went through a media - the state authorities stopped granting the special permissions for the artists by artificially overcomplicating the process of getting all the necessary documents, by enlarging the list of the documents and making it impossible for bands to obtain what is needed. This affected a lot of different bands in UA.
Last couple of weeks for us were in a constant fight with that new stupid system trying to show that we had a positive experience of returning back home after foreign tours, trying to display the value of such tours for our country benefit, but no matter how hard we tried - we couldn't break that system and it made impossible for us to go and play this time. We want to apologize to our fans, other bands, promoters, but currently we are powerless here. We will work hard to be able to get to our other shows this year, maybe the ice will melt and we will see some easement in the future, but currently we just did everything we could.

Doom metalci Elderseer napovedujejo svoj prvenec, ki bo nosil naslov Drown In The Shallowness in bo izšel 3. februarja pri Meuse Music Records.
Atmosferična black metal zasedba Limbes iz Francije predstavlja Corridors, prvi single s prihajajočega prvenca Ecluse. Album naj bi izšel 13. januarja pri založbi Les Acteurs De l'Ombre Productions, singlu pa lahko prisluhnete spodaj.
Ameriški death metal/grindcore dvojec Human Corpse Abuse ponuja v posluh prvenec Xenoviscerum, ki ga bo uradno izdal pri založbi Dark Descent Records.
Ruski black metal band Veter Daemonaz je konec junija pri založbi Osmose Productions izdal prvenec Muse of the Damned, ki ga lahko preverite na Bandcampu.
Punk/metal band Vegas je v petek pri Tape House USA izdal EP Zeitgeist, ki ga ponuja v posluh na Bandcampu.
Bruseljski multiinstrumentalist Déhà ponuja v posluh svoj 26. dolgometražec Decadanse, ki ga je prejšnji mesec izdal pri založbi Les Acteurs de l'Ombre Productions.
Ameriška death metal zasedba Elbow Deep bo 6. maja preko Horror Pain Gore Death Productions izdala svoj četrti dolgometražec z naslovom Homeschool Shooter (klik za prednaročilo). Ta bo vseboval dvanajst komadov, od katerih že lahko preverite enega:

Domači heavy metal zasedbi Hangar 55 sta se pridružila Gregor »Šujo« Torkar (Cyclöne, Tomcat) in Anže »Anžk« Čuk (Cyclöne, Outsiders, Retro kult). Zasedba trenutno snema svoj drugi album z naslovom Asylum, za katerega je bobne posnel Aleš Korošec (Sarcasm, Use Less), ki se je Hangar 55 pridružil marca 2020.
Za pokušino predstavljajo demo posnetek enega od komadov pred studijsko izvedbo:
